I’m a psychotherapist. I specialise in EMDR: Standard, Attachment-Informed and Intergenerational. I also provide EMDR Intensives, which is a great way to optimise therapy.

• the trauma of betrayal - individual and systemic

I see people in private practice in Ballina, Nyangbul Country, NSW, as well as online.

I have a lived experience of all the things I work with and this lead me to begin psychotherapy studies in 2004. Over the years I’ve continually updated my knowledge so that I can support others to the best of my ability.
